Application interface for the RST decoder and the RST generator. New decoded RST tables are sent by callback to the application.

Destroy a RST decoder.

Parameters

p_dvbpsi	handle to dvbpsi with attached decoder
i_table_id	Table ID
i_extension	Table ID extension
